How do I reply to a support ticket?

Solution The emails you receive from our support ticket system will contain a link in the message body which, if you click it, should take you directly to your ticket’s page in our web site.

The link will be a long string of text with a label looking something like this:

http://www.comprehensivesoftware.co.uk/support/admin/admin_ticket.php?track=UTU5eyrbtyhdt17Y&Refresh=fhry645

N.B. this example is not a valid link and will return an error if you click it.

Depending on your email program’s settings, you may not be able to click this link, in which case you will need to copy the link – in full – to the address bar of your web browser.

Alternatively, if you know the ticket number (or tracking ID), you can enter this in the following web page to find your support ticket page.
