How do I find my support ticket in your knowledgebase?

Solution All support tickets are uniquely identified by their ticket number or Tracking ID, which is assigned when a support ticket is first submitted.

Enter your tacking ID in the following web page to find your support ticket.

If you do not know your tracking ID, click "Forgot tracking ID?" and enter the email address with which you submitted the support ticket.

If you don't know either of these, then I'm afraid your ticket cannot be found.
